Wholesale Customer?

Which countries do you deliver to?

Although we are based in the UK, we can deliver PETPlus internationally.

What Currency Are PETPlus Prices Shown In?

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£ GBP). But when you pay with your card, you will be charged the appropriate price in your local currency.

What About the UK VAT?

All prices for UK orders include VAT at 20%.

For orders delivered outside the UK, we don’t charge UK VAT. If you’re shown a VAT-inclusive price, the VAT is removed at checkout once you enter and update your delivery address.

Your country may charge its own import taxes, customs duties or courier handling fees when your order arrives. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the customer. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can tell you what to expect.
