My mother died of ovarian cancer 21 years ago and while she was ill, we explored all possible medical and surgical options. It was when we stayed at the Bristol Cancer Centre that I realized the importance of filtering your water and eating fresh fruits and vegetables every day.
The Importance of Raw Vegetables
3 weeks at the Hippocrates Institute taught me how to live healthily on raw green vegetables, sprouted seeds, soaked nuts and about 2 litres of water a day. They also stressed the importance of supplements.
I have been taking a supplement made directly from fresh ripe raw fruit, vegetable and berries for 20 years. I’ve never felt better. I’m 55 now and I honestly feel better than I did as a teenager when I ate lots of dairy and meat and hardly any fresh fruit or veg.
